MoCCFOA New Clerks Institute Deadline to Register is: March 3, 2025 March 10, 2025 • 8 AM - 5 PM (8 contact hours)8 AM - 12 PM: Sunshine Law 101. 1 PM - 5 PM: New Clerk Training. You may even have to speak with a manager, but right now their system isn't communicating with the new hotel brand's system, The New Clerks’ Institute is an educational program recognized by the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) and is designed to meet the educational requirements of the Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) program, as well as the Missouri Registered City Clerk (MRCC) program. In order to apply for Missouri or IIMC certification all clerks must attend the New Clerks’ Institute. Fee: $135 (full day). REGISTER HERE.
